How you treat Jesus.

How a person treats a saved follower of Jesus is how you treat Jesus! Notice the language of Jesus about those who persecute His followers are persecuting Him.

“He fell to the ground and heard a voice say to him, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?” “Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked. “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,” he replied.

“I fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to me, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?’ So I answered, ‘Who are You, Lord?’ And He said to me, ‘I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom you are persecuting.’”

And when we had all fallen to the ground, I heard a voice saying to me in the Hebrew language, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.’ And I said, ‘Who are you, Lord?’ And the Lord said, ‘I am Jesus whom you are persecuting. But rise and stand upon your feet, for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to appoint you as a servant and witness to the things in which you have seen Me and of the things which I will yet reveal to you. I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles to whomI now send you. To open their eyes, that they may turn from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those having been sanctified by faith in Me.’ “Therefore, King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision. Acts 9:4-5; 22:7-8; 26:14-19.

I encourage you to check your actions and words about followers of Jesus. He calls us to repent, turn and become a follower of Jesus. Call upon Jesus now to forgive you and save you. Put your faith and trust in Jesus and confess Him as your Savior. This is a call for each of us to check our own hearts. Jesus loves you. Jesus forgave Paul (Saul) and Jesus can forgive you. Come now and follow Jesus. Glory.
