Jesus (And Fear)

“Therefore Do not fear them. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known.
“Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops, And
Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.
But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
“Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will
“But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. “Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.
Matthew 10:26-31

“But I will show you whom you should fear:
Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, Fear Him!
“Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God.
“But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. “Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
Luke 12:5-7; Luke 12:32

Above are the Words of Jesus. Read and consider them.

We are not to fear people or their actions. The message of Jesus is to ‘Trust’ God! Trust and faith does not mix with fear.

In our current world conditions it is a very important message.

Many people’s lives are full of fear.

Fear of certain types of people.

Fear of the world conditions.

Fear of other religions.

Fear of food contamination.

Fear of the environment.

Fear of terrorism.

Fear of the economy.

Fear of their rights.

Fear of travel.

Fear of death.

Fear of illness.

Fear of change.

Fear of other nations.

Fear of God.

Fear of yourself.

Fear of meeting people.

Fear of job security.

Fear of your savings.

Fear of aging.

Fear of failure.

Fear of the Devil.

Fear of your future.

Fear of Hell.

Fear of love.

Fear, fear, fear, fear, fear, fear, fear!

May you allow Jesus to set you free from fear. Trust in the Lord Jesus with all your heart and rest in His love and mercy, grace and wisdom.

The followers of Jesus are in His Kingdom and the Father knows our every need. Pray and then accept the will and plan of God for your life.

Fear is when we do not trust God.

Trust and fear do not mix.

Who is in control of this world’¦God or people?

Your answer to this question determines your question of fear.

If it’s people then you are on your own.

But since God is in control rest in His sovereign will.

Peace be with you!

Glory,
