"No, you can't take this on the airplane," the clerk fervently declared pointing to the cross, "it's too big." I said

December 1989 : What a glorious day, the great power of God manifests. Joshua and I have been carrying the cross in the Kingdom of Swaziland for three days.

When my wife, Denise and I arrived at the airport at Longyearbyen it was 2:24 in the morning on August the first and there was bright sunshine! This town has a population of about 1,500 people.

Jesus did it! My wife, Denise and I had a wonderful and powerful crosswalk in Surinam. We based in the capital city of Paramaribo and carried the cross in the city and out to the surrounding areas.

These photos here were taken by my wife through the hotel window as I arrived from a cross walk in Khartoum. They are not very clear but they are the best I could find at this time.

This was one of the most receptive islands in the Caribbean in welcoming the cross! From the airport when my wife, Denise and I arrived untill we left people were all around. At the airport a crowd was waiting for us!

These islands, off the coast of Canada are a part of France proper. We carried the cross around St. Pierre. People were welcoming and friendly. We had good conversations with many people and prayed with some to receive Jesus This is a wonderful little island. We had a wonderful crosswalk in the small Caribbean nation of St. Lucia.

Oh, we had a glorious time on this island. It was one of the most responsive in all the Caribbean. All along the road people came to greet the cross and us. I preached in two churches and one school.

What a joy to arrive by sea at this wonderful little island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. This is the place where French Emperor Napoleon was exiled. We started carrying the cross in the little town where we had landed by zodiac (small rubber boat).
