Turks and Caicos Islands

This little island nation in the Caribbean was a wonderful place to carry the cross.

Denise and I arrived and went to a local hotel on the Turks. I carried the cross around the entire island.

It was cold and rainy most of the time.

Denise rented a bicycle and rode beside me much of the time. I well remember one lady who stopped her car in the pouring rain. She was crying and her face was wet from tears. I got wet leaning into the car talking to her. As the rain poured her sins were washed away in the Blood of Jesus! Glory.

The people were so responsive. Had great fellowship with many people. Went to several homes to pray for people. We also spoke in a school.

We truly had a great time here as we carried the cross.

It was a sight to behold, me carrying the cross and my wife riding a bicycle beside me, all for the Glory of God.

Denise and I returned to the Turks and Caicos in 1997.

We were with our dear friends Warren and Diane Johnson from Stuart, Florida.

This visit was short but we met many of the government leaders and carried the cross on Caicos Island.
