I carried the cross in the small nation of Luxemburg first in 1981. It was truly a wonderful time of cross walking and witness.

My family was with me. It was so great to have Gina,
Joel, Joy, Joshua, Joseph and Jerusalem with me.
Joel and Joshua spent a lot of time on the road with

We based out of the capital city of Luxembourg and
then we walked with the cross from one side of the
nation to the other.

We talked with many people and prayed with a good
number to receive Jesus as Savior and to follow Jesus.

It was during this time in Luxemburg that one of the
priests introduced me to the ‘Jesus Prayer’. The Jesus
Prayer is the prayer from the Bible where a sinner man would not even look up but with bowed head prayed, “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner.” Jesus said the man went home justified! An old Russian pilgrim made the prayer famous by walking and praying the words and teaching others to pray them.

I started praying the prayer many times a day and it has had a glorious impact on my life.

I returned to preach at a great charismatic rally at the Catholic Cathedral in 1983. About two thousand people attended this meeting. I had wonderful fellowship with Father Albert Frank. He does outreach witnessing in the streets and bars.

We had two crosswalks and I preached at the meeting.

God bless Luxemburg and all my dear friends there.
