Jesus (He Is Risen)

Mark 16:6
He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him.
Matthew 28:6
“He is not here; for He is risen, as He said.
Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
Luke 24:34
“The Lord is risen indeed!
All Glory to God!
Jesus is alive!
Jesus has risen from the dead!
Death and Hell could not contain or defeat Him!
Jesus now has the keys of death and hell.
The Blood of Jesus was shed for our sin! Jesus suffered and died on the cross to redeem us and to save all who call upon His Name.
When the Body of Jesus was taken down from the cross and placed within the new tomb Satan must have thought he was victorious. Every demon must have felt the only joy they have felt since being cast out of heaven. All the evil that had been dumped upon Jesus must have killed and destroyed Him the demons must have thought.
But NO! In the time from Jesus crying out “It is finished’ until the morning of Jesus resurrection heaven and earth was in suspense. The disciples had fled and hid and the earth held it’s breath.
But something was happening unseen to the human eye.
Jesus had descended into Hell and taken the ‘keys of death and hell’!
Therefore He says:
“When He ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men.”
(Now this, “He ascended”– what does it mean but
that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?
He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens,
that He might fill all things.)
Ephesians 4:8-10 “I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.
Revelation 1:18 The Power of God had prevailed and the power of Satan was now broken. The true Day of Salvation had come. The curse dating back to Adam in the Garden had been broken and the Kingdom of God with grace and mercy has come. Fallen man could now be restored and His followers empowered to live in victory through the Power of the Holy Spirit.
The dawn of that Sunday morning was the dawn of hope for fallen humanity.
Jesus Body was not in the tomb. Though guarded by the troops the stone had been rolled away. Jesus appeared alive and living!
After a number of appearances of Jesus and more teaching, Jesus ascended into heaven
Glory Jesus is still alive today and will hear your prayer.
It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.
Romans 8:34 Now, shall we be silent witness of this glorious event? Will we set in comfort and embarrassment or will you and I speak and do as the angels told the witnesses at the empty tomb Go and Tell”.
