Peace

Can God bring peace to our lives even in this mixed up crazy world?  YES!  I know that for a fact, he brought peace to my life.

I used to worry about everything. My life was one worry after another, until I gave God control of my life. I made many bad decisions that helped my life grow out of control. The key is control. Who is in control of your life? You or God? You can`t control your own life because our world has too much say in it. This is God's world,

He can control it. When we realize God is in total control then He can grant us peace. Until we give up control of our lives there can be no true peace.

Do I still worry? Yes, then I start looking at my life to see what part of it I've taken back control. I can't control my life! So I let God. Through God, peace is now a part of my life. I thank Him for that every day.

Can you have peace in your life? Yes! Sometimes God comes to us in different ways. Some people can let God lead their life without a problem and that's great. I was a person who did not want to give up control. Not a good idea. When God wants your attention He will get it. Mine was through depression. I had only to look to Him and He was there. Don't make God come looking for you, look to Him. He is there!

Peace! What a great gift from God. I don't know how to thank Him enough. He truly answered my prayers. Imagine living your life not worrying. Peace and love all around? If that's what heaven is like, I can't wait!


Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. If you do this you will experience God's peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.   (Philippians 4: 6-7 in the Holy Bible)
