Lay Witnesses for Christ International’s Board of Directors have
unanimously endorsed its Presidents’ (Dr. Sam Mings, Sr.) recommendation
of EVANGELIST ARTHUR BLESSITT to provide leadership as ‘1 of the 7’
INTERNATIONAL EVANGELISM DIRECTORS for Lay Witnesses for Christ
International’s forthcoming eighth (8th) Summer Olympic Outreach. Lay
Witnesses for Christ is known as Chaplains to the World’s Olympians.
ARTHUR BLESSITT will be so very vital if we are to impact London &
the surrounding 32 Boroughs for Christ! We are cognizant of the 1000’s
of media who will be inundating the United Kingdom & God alone has
orchestrated this mighty servant of the Lord to join with us for
Christendom’s Glory!
Arthurs’ ministry of carrying the ‘Cross of Christ around the World is
one of the most widely shared ministries in Christendom’. He was
transformed by the Spirit of God into a vibrant soul-winner. His zeal
for the lost has inspired countless Christians to use their platforms –
where ever they are planted!
Both Sam and Sharon Mings were so moved by his willingness to be
accountable & to serve in whatever capacity – as he is also such an
anointed preacher! Sam Mings personally shared his heartbeat for ‘what
God had already done & what an asset he would be should God lead him
to join with us!
He asked Arthur to pray and call me back – and then ‘what he said so
touched my heart’….”I’m out now carrying the Cross & as we’ve been
talking – I laid the Cross down & laid on the ground & GOD TOLD
ME I WAS TO ACCEPT THIS POSITION TO PROCLAIM JESUS CHRIST AS THE ‘TRUE
STAR OF THE XXX OLYMPIAD!”
The position of International Evangelism Chairman is one of the most
pivotal roles we will have during ‘Bridging the Gap 2012 London~England
Olympic Outreach’.
Arthur Blessitt’s life has prepared him for such a time as this and we
are believing as the International Evangelism Director he will enlist
soul-winners & team members with every imaginable gifting from
throughout the United States and the world who will literally turn
London upside down for Christ’s Glory!
We are honored God has orchestrated Arthur Blessitt to step forward in
what is projected to be the greatest ever proclamation of the Gospel of
Jesus Christ.

Every week or so I will send a message toyou about what I learned in a nation on my crosswalk around the world goingfrom A to Z.
This week is Bangladesh!
Asmy wife Denise and I were flying to Bangladesh from Nepal a man came quietly tous and begin to whisper. He recognized us as the ones carrying the cross. Hewanted to know if we had it with us. I told him ‘yes’. He became very nervousbut continued talking sharing that he was a secret missionary operating as abusiness man. He said that we would be arrested or killed as there was notfreedom to witness or evangelize in that Islamic nation. He had a great loveand passion for Jesus and for the people yet he predicted death, jail and doomfor us. He said he would be praying for us but told us not to look at him inthe immigration line or at customs as he did not want to be seen with us. Wesmiled and blessed him and commended him on his mission of Jesus.
Atimmigration we somehow arrived side by side but I did not look his way. We knewon one in the country and had no place to stay. Our flight was delayed and itwas night when we arrived. In an awesome way we got a room and met a local ladywho arranged a press conference and instead of being arrested and jailed orkilled crowds gathered outside the hotel wanting to see the cross and have mepray for them and for their healing! The news reported at often times peoplewere healed at the cross. Awesome miracles happened in bodies and in souls ascrowds prayed to receive Jesus as Savior and Lord.
Wegot a phone call from that secret missionary! He was so excited and shockedthat we were on the front page of the newspapers and was on TV and crowds werewelcoming us. Now he wanted to have dinner with us and welcome us. I told himthe street we would be carrying the cross on the next day and that he couldcome and bring some food and we would eat along the roadside. He really did notwant to do that but came anyway for a brief time. Always looking about forpolice. Ha
Thepoint is he is a wonderful follower of Jesus but he thought he knew what Godwould ‘not’ do. He saw Bangladesh from his point of view and we say it knowingthe call of Jesus for us to carry the cross there! Jesus opened the way in thatMoslem nation for the cross and gave a mighty witness in one of the largestMoslem population nations in the world.
Oftenfollowers of Jesus are detoured or stopped from the mission of God by theadvice of good well intended people. Over and over Jesus has shown me thatthere are no walls. We are to obey and let the Voice of the Holy Spirit andJesus be stronger than the wisdom of people.
AsI have carried the cross around the world over and over we had people tellingus where we could not go and how we could not do what for us was the will ofGod. We just love, bless and go on our way. So in Bangladesh we had love,acceptance and welcome for us and the cross! God bless Bangladesh and thebeautiful people.
Manysay that following Jesus and trusting Him as Savior and Lord is foolish andetc. but I urge you not to believe such. Jesus is real, loving and will welcomeany repentant sinner into His Family. Invite Jesus into your heart now.
Don’tlet others dictate to you but be open to the Word of God and the Voice of theSpirit. I’m praying for you. God bless you.

Bring youroutreach group or church or small group for this powerful time. I November Iwill do another seminar, God willing where afterward we will go out in thestreets in a needy area with food, toys, etc and share Jesus. This trainingsession is free!
